Terms and Conditions

Term

You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving the product.

Sets

Partial returns of sets are not possible. Only complete sets can be returned.

Usage

Products that are completely used or empty cannot be returned.
Products that have been used more than half are not eligible for a refund.

Product condition

Products must be returned in a reasonable condition so that we can assess them against the above conditions.

Return process

1. Submit a request
   Please report your return within 14 days by sending an email to info@biolavita.com with your order number and the product(s).

2. Confirmation
   After receiving your request, we will send you a confirmation with a return label and instructions.

3. Return shipping costs
   The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Inspection & Refund
   After receiving and inspecting the returned products, and if they meet the warranty conditions, you will receive a refund within 21 days using the same method you paid for.
