If you have a request to ship to a country other than mentioned, or have a shipping request, please email us at info@biolavita.com.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days within Europe.

Biolavita is not responsible for delays or mistakes in shipping deliveries that include, but are not limited to: customs delays, mistake by carrier, carrier overload, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to international carriers.

At Biolavita, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. That’s why we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on (almost) all of our products.

Conditions

  1. Timeframe

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Sets

    • Partial returns of sets are not possible. Only complete sets can be returned.

  3. Usage

    • Fully used or empty products cannot be returned.

    • Products that have been used more than halfway are not eligible for a refund.

  4. Product condition

    • Products must be returned in a reasonable condition so we can inspect them according to the above rules.

Process

  1. Request

    • Notify us within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@biolavita.com, including your order number and the product(s).

  2. Confirmation

    • Once we receive your request, we will confirm and send you a return label with instructions.

  3. Return shipping costs

    • Return shipping fees must be paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

  4. Inspection & Refund

    • After we receive and inspect the returned products, and confirm they meet our Money Back Guarantee conditions, we will issue your refund within 21 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
